I had a mixed experience at this beachfront hotel in Boracay. On the plus side, it's affordable and the location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the action with stunning sunsets. However, the maintenance issues, particularly with the leaky roofs, made my stay a bit uncomfortable. The initial impression wasn’t great because of the muddy walk from the main road, but the staff’s warmth helped ease my concerns.
